Google จัดงาน Made by Google 2023 เปิดตัวเรือธงสมาร์ตโฟน Google Pixel 8 และ 8 Pro ชูจุดเด่นประสบการณ์ใช้งานจากฟีเจอร์ AI ที่จัดเต็มภายในเครื่อง พร้อมการันตีอัปเดตเวอร์ชัน Android ยาวนานถึง 7 ปี

Google Pixel 8 Pro ยังมีความเหนือเรื่องการถ่ายวิดีโอกว่า Pixel 8 อยู่ 2 ฟีเจอร์คือ Video Boost เร่งสีของวิดีโอแต่ยังมีความเป็นธรรรมชาติ และ Night Sight Video ถ่ายวิดีโอดีขึ้นในพื้นที่แสงน้อยโดยใช้ AI มาช่วยประมวลผล นอกจากนี้ใน Google Pixel 8 Pro ยังเพิ่มโหมด Pro Control ปรับค่า ISO, Speed Shutter, Focus และอื่น ๆ

อีกข้อแตกต่างของ Google Pixel 8 Pro ที่ Pixel 8 ไม่มีคือ มีการติดตั้งเซ็นเซอร์วัดอุณหภูมิที่สามารถวัดอุณหภูมิวัตถุต่าง ๆ ได้
Google Pixel 8 มาพร้อมกันถึง 3 สีได้แก่ Hazel, Obsidian และ Rose ราคาเริ่มต้น 699 เหรียญ และรุ่น Google Pixel 8 Pro มาพร้อมกันถึง 3 สี Bay, Obsidian และ Porcelain ราคาเริ่มต้น 999 เหรียญ
